Download your data
In Settings → Security, under Your data, choose Download my data. You get a JSON file of the personal data Hourari holds about you: your profile, your settings and preferences, your connections to calendars and Slack, and records kept against your email address.
Passwords, access tokens and other secrets are never included.
The file covers your personal data, not your company's meeting records. To export meetings and their costs, use the CSV export on the Meetings page, if your role allows it.
Delete your account
- Open Settings → Security and find Delete account in the danger zone.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
- Confirm once more in the dialog that follows.
What happens next depends on your role:
- Members and admins: your account, settings and connections are deleted, and your seat is freed. Your company's meeting records stay with the company.
- Owners: while anyone else is in the workspace, transfer ownership first — from the same page. An owner who is the only person left deletes the whole workspace: its meetings, insights, roles and invitations, and any active subscription is cancelled.
To leave a workspace without deleting your account, use Leave workspace instead.
A few records are kept on purpose after deletion — for example, a note not to email an address again. Copies can also remain in backups until they expire. The privacy policy lists exactly what is kept and why.
How long meeting content is kept
Hourari keeps the detail of a meeting — its title, description and attendee list — for 12 months. After that, the detail is cleared and only what the totals need is kept: the date, length, number of attendees and cost.
Enterprise workspaces can choose a shorter period in Settings → Security → Data retention.
Requests by email
You can also email privacy@hourari.com to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, including if you have no account — for example, if you were invited to a meeting by someone who uses Hourari.
