Cost before you sendTeam plan and up

See the price while you write the invite

The cheapest time to change a meeting is before anyone has accepted it. Hourari for Outlook prices the meeting as you write it, and the figure moves as you add people or change the time.

Every change has a price

One more name, a new figure

The pane reads the invite as it stands: who is on it and how long it runs. Add someone and the price goes up by their time; shorten it and it comes down, before you press send.

Colleagues in your workspace are priced at their rate. Anyone without one is priced at your company's default rate, and the pane says so beside their name.

The pane updates as soon as the invite changes. Nothing is sent and nothing is saved until you send the invite yourself.

Per meeting$480$528
Per month$2,080$2,288
Per year$24,960$27,456

One more seat adds $2,496 a year to a weekly meeting.

Repeating meetings show the year

A weekly invite shows its cost per meeting, per month and per year. A series that ends sooner shows the whole series instead.

Guests are listed, not priced

People from outside your company appear on the list and add nothing. Hourari prices your team's time, not your clients'.

A bar your company sets

On the Business plan, owners set a cost for a warning and one for sign-off. A weekly meeting is judged on its year. The pane flags it; sending is still up to you.

Where it works, and what it never does

Outlook on the web, Windows and Mac

Choose Meeting cost on the ribbon of a new meeting, or one you organize. It works in Outlook on the web, new Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.

From Microsoft AppSource

Install it from Get Add-ins in Outlook, or have a Microsoft 365 admin deploy it to everyone at once.

Read-only

The add-in reads the invite in front of you to price it. It never changes the meeting.

Planning in Hourari too

Plan a meeting from the Hourari dashboard and the estimated cost sits beside the invite, with the monthly and yearly figure for a repeating one.

Respects who sees costs

Someone whose workspace hides costs from them is not shown a price in the pane either.

Same rates as everything else

The pane uses the same rates and overhead multiplier as your dashboard, so the figure before you send is the one you will see after it syncs.
