Total cost, hours and meetings for the week, plus the five most expensive, on the day and time you pick.
Before an expensive meeting
A message ahead of any meeting over a cost you set, 15 minutes to 2 hours before it starts.
Budget alerts
A message when meeting spend reaches 50%, 80% and 100% of a monthly budget.
Act from the message
Decline a meeting — sent to your calendar as a real RSVP — suggest a shorter slot, move it to an async thread, or approve a cost exception.
How to connect

Your data
- Hourari does not read messages in your workspace. It only posts.
- Reports go to you as a direct message by default. In a shared channel, per-meeting costs are hidden unless you choose to show them.
- The bot token is stored server-side, and disconnecting revokes it with Slack.

Questions
- Who sees the costs?
- Reports go to you as a direct message unless you choose a channel. In a channel, only totals are shown until you turn on per-meeting costs there, and a note beside that switch reminds you that everyone in the channel will see them.
- Does declining from Slack really decline the meeting?
- Yes. It sends a decline RSVP to the meeting on your own connected Google or Outlook calendar.
- Can I turn the alerts off?
- Each alert has its own switch, and one switch pauses everything.
