Looking for a Clockwise alternative?
Clockwise stopped working on 27 March 2026, when its team joined Salesforce. It mostly moved meetings around to protect focus time. Hourari does something different: it shows what every meeting costs, so you can decide which ones to cut.

Where Hourari is different
Cost, not just time
Clockwise counted hours. Hourari prices each meeting from who attends, so a weekly hour with eight senior people stands out from a quick one-to-one.
Fewer meetings, not rearranged ones
Instead of moving meetings, Hourari helps you decline, shorten or end the ones that cost the most. Recurring meetings come up for review so they do not run forever.
Works with both calendars
Google Calendar and Outlook are both included on every plan, including the free one.
When Clockwise is the better fit
- If you want a tool that automatically schedules focus time and moves meetings, Hourari is not that. Clockwise recommended Reclaim to its customers.
- Some teams use both kinds of tool: one to arrange the calendar, and Hourari to see what the meetings in it cost.
Questions
- Can I import my Clockwise settings?
- No. Hourari does not need them: it reads your calendar directly. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and your meetings are priced within a few minutes.
- Will Hourari move my meetings?
- No. It changes an event when you ask, such as declining a meeting or shortening one you organise, or when an owner or admin turns on automatic ending of recurring meetings nobody reviewed. That setting is off by default, and the organizer is always asked first.
