Microsoft Outlook integration
Meeting costs for Outlook and Microsoft 365
Connect your Outlook calendar and Hourari prices every meeting on it, from who is invited and how long it runs. It works with work, school and personal Microsoft accounts.
Included on Team, Business and Enterprise. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Every meeting priced automatically
Each timed meeting is costed from its attendees, its length and your team’s salary settings, with recurring meetings added up for the year.
Decline and schedule from Hourari
Decline a meeting and the RSVP goes to Outlook from your own account. Schedule from Hourari’s estimator and the event is created in your calendar.
Alongside Google Calendar
Connect both if your team uses both. Meetings from each are priced in one workspace.
Org-wide on Enterprise
On Enterprise, an IT admin can connect every member’s calendar at once with Microsoft admin consent, instead of each person connecting their own.
How to connect
- 1Start a free trial — no credit card.
- 2Open Settings → Integrations and choose Outlook.
- 3Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access.
- 4Your first sync covers the start of last month to the end of next month.
Your data
- For each meeting Hourari keeps the title, a preview of the description (up to 500 characters), start and end time, the organizer, and attendee email addresses with their RSVP status.
- Access tokens are stored server-side, out of reach of the browser.
- Microsoft does not offer a way for apps to revoke their own access. After disconnecting, remove Hourari from your Microsoft account’s app permissions to withdraw the grant completely.
- With org-wide deployment, events marked private are kept as a time slot only: no title, description or attendees.

Questions
- Does it work with personal Outlook.com accounts?
- Yes. Work, school and personal Microsoft accounts can all connect their own calendar. Org-wide deployment is for work tenants only.
- Does Hourari change my calendar?
- Only when you ask it to: declining a meeting or scheduling one from Hourari. It does not create, move or cancel anything on its own.
- How does org-wide deployment work?
- An admin grants Hourari read access to calendars through Microsoft admin consent, and Hourari syncs the calendars of people in your Hourari workspace — nobody else’s. It is part of Enterprise; talk to us to set it up.
- How often does it sync?
- About every 30 minutes, plus a Sync now button in Settings.
