Google Calendar integration
See what every Google Calendar meeting costs
Connect Google Calendar and Hourari prices each meeting from who is invited and how long it runs. Nobody fills anything in, and recurring meetings are added up for the year.
Included on every plan. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Every meeting priced automatically
Each timed meeting is costed from its attendees, its length and your team’s salary settings. All-day events are left out.
Recurring meetings, added up
A weekly sync is shown as what it costs each time and what it costs over a year, so the expensive habits stand out.
Decline from Hourari
Decline a meeting from Hourari and the RSVP goes to Google Calendar as a real decline, from your own account.
Kept up to date
Your calendar is re-synced about every 30 minutes, and you can sync on demand from Settings at any time.
How to connect
- 1Start a free trial — no credit card.
- 2Open Settings → Integrations and choose Google Calendar.
- 3Approve access on Google’s consent screen.
- 4Your first sync covers the start of last month to the end of next month.
Your data
- Only your primary calendar is read.
- For each meeting Hourari keeps the title, description, start and end time, the organizer, and attendee email addresses with their RSVP status.
- Access tokens are stored server-side, out of reach of the browser.
- Disconnecting revokes Hourari’s access with Google.

Questions
- Does Hourari change my calendar?
- Only when you ask it to: declining a meeting or scheduling one from Hourari. It does not create, move or cancel anything on its own, which is also why the permission it asks for is the events scope rather than a read-only one.
- Which calendars does it read?
- Your primary Google calendar. Other calendars you subscribe to are not read.
- How often does it sync?
- About every 30 minutes, plus a Sync now button in Settings when you want it immediately.
- Can I use Google Calendar and Outlook together?
- Yes. Connect both and Hourari prices meetings from each in the same workspace.
