Subprocessors

To run Hourari we rely on a small number of other companies: for hosting, email, payments and the integrations you choose to connect. Where those companies handle personal data on our behalf they are our subprocessors, and they are listed here in full.
Each one is bound by a contract limiting them to processing data only as needed to provide their service to us. A provider marked on connection, on use or on consent receives nothing at all until you connect that integration, use that feature, or accept analytics in the cookie banner. Infrastructure
Supabase
Database, authentication, file storage and backend functions.
Data: Everything Hourari stores: accounts, calendars, meetings, costs, and company settings.
Vercel
Hosting and content delivery for the web app.
Data: Request metadata such as IP address and browser type.
Calendar and workplace integrations
Reached only once you or an administrator connects the integration.
Google Calendar sync and Google sign-in.
Data: Event titles, attendees, times, and recurrence; your email address.
Microsoft
On connectionOutlook calendar sync via Microsoft Graph.
Data: Event titles, attendees, times, and recurrence.
Slack
On connectionDelivers reports and prompts to the channel you choose.
Data: The contents of the reports you enable.
Payments
Stripe
Subscriptions, invoices, and payment processing.
Data: Billing contact and payment details. Card details are entered with Stripe directly and never reach Hourari.
Resend
Sends account email, reports, alerts, and invitations.
Data: Recipient name and address, and the message body — aggregate meeting spend and time figures. No meeting titles, attendee lists or calendar descriptions, and no third party is named: the only person identified in one of our emails is the person receiving it.
Analytics and monitoring
PostHog
On consentProduct analytics. Runs only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
Data: Which pages and features are used, and your account identifier.
Sentry
Error monitoring, so faults are caught and fixed.
Data: Technical diagnostics from an error. Personal details are stripped before they are sent.
Termly
Cookie consent banner and hosted cookie policy.
Data: Your consent choices.
Changes to this list
We update this page when a subprocessor is added or removed. To be notified of changes in advance, or to ask about a specific provider, write to privacy@hourari.com.
