Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone on your team to be able to use Hourari, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and the app.

Conformance status

Hourari is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: most of the service meets the standard, and the exceptions are listed below. This is based on our own testing, not an external audit.

What we do

  • Every page and control can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • A skip link on every page with navigation goes straight to the main content.
  • Buttons, fields, charts and status messages have names screen readers announce.
  • Text and controls meet contrast requirements in both light and dark mode.
  • Animations stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Single-key shortcuts can be turned off in Settings → Appearance.
  • You are warned before an idle session ends, and can keep it going.
  • Automated accessibility checks run on every build, so regressions are caught before release.

Known limitations

  • Charts have a written summary for screen readers, but not a full data table. The same figures are in the tables on each page and in the CSV exports.
  • PDF reports are not tagged for screen readers. The CSV exports hold the same data in an accessible form.
  • The payment form at checkout is provided by Stripe, and the cookie banner by Termly. We choose providers that support keyboard and screen reader use, but we don’t control their markup.
  • Windows High Contrast mode has not been fully tested. Some selected states, such as the active tab, may be hard to tell apart.

Tell us about a problem

If something in Hourari is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, write to hello@hourari.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply and work on a fix. If we can’t fix it quickly, we will help you get what you need another way.
