Meeting cost tracking tools, compared

The real options for putting a cost on meetings, from free calculators to software that prices every meeting on your calendar. We make one of them, so each entry says when another tool is the better pick, and every claim links to that product’s own page.

Tools that price every meeting on the calendar

Questions

Who wrote this list?
Hourari, which is one of the tools on it. That is why every claim about another product links to that product’s own page, and why each entry says when it is the better pick.
Why are some tools missing?
We list a tool only once we have read its own site. Clockwise is missing because it closed in March 2026. If we have missed one, tell us at hello@hourari.com.
What is the simplest way to work out what a meeting costs?
The length in hours, times the number of attendees, times their average hourly rate. A free calculator does that for one meeting. A calendar-connected tool does it for every meeting, so recurring ones that quietly grew show up on their own.
