For product and design teams

Protect the focus your best work depends on

Cross-functional syncs scatter a maker's week into pieces too short to design in. Hourari prices every one of them, shows each person their meeting hours against a target, and keeps a quiet day quiet.

Weekly meeting hours

A ceiling on the week, not a stopwatch on the person

An owner or admin sets the most meeting hours a week they'd like each person to have. Everyone then sees their own week against it on Overview, Monday to Sunday, including meetings still to come. Declined meetings don't count.

Owners and admins see how many people are over, never who. It works whether or not your workspace shows costs, sends no alerts and never touches a calendar. Team plan and up.

Everyone sees their own week

Here, 8 hours is the target and the week is already past it, before Friday's readout has happened.

Admins see a count, never names

Enough to know whether the target is realistic for the team, without turning it into a league table of people.

Quiet days

Keep one day free, and see when it slips

Pick a weekday the company keeps free of internal meetings. Hourari never declines or moves anything; it shows when the day is kept and when it isn't, so the rule doesn't wear away quietly.

Each team gets a streak of weeks kept in a row and a focus score for last week. Teams are compared; people never are. Meetings with customers or candidates don't count as breaks. Business plan and up.

Stepping out

Declining a sync is a saving, not a snub

Decline on your calendar through Hourari and it is a real RSVP: the organizer is told, the meeting goes ahead for everyone else, and your seat comes off its cost straight away. The time counts as a saving under declined seats, in your reports and in the Monday digest.

On the Business plan, the agenda firewall asks for an agenda on costly meetings that have none, and offers invitees that decline in one tap.

Only that one seat comes off; the sync still runs for the others. The owner sees what the seat cost, and everyone else sees it at the workspace's blended rate, so nobody's pay can be worked out from it.

What the squad gets without changing how it works

Nothing to fill in

Hourari reads the Google or Outlook calendar the team already uses and prices every meeting on it.

Recurring syncs, reviewed

Meeting health lists every standing meeting with what it costs a month and brings it back for a decision. Team plan and up.

Pay stays private

Costs can be hidden from any role. Someone who cannot see them sees person-hours instead.

Price before you send

The Outlook add-in shows what a meeting will cost while the invite is still being written. Team plan and up.

The week in Slack

Last week’s meeting cost and the five most expensive meetings, posted to the channel you choose. Team plan and up.

Trends, month to month

See whether the squad’s meeting load is going up or down, and which meetings moved it. Team plan and up.

Give your squad its focus back

Free for up to 5 people. Every workspace starts with 14 days of the paid features, no credit card.
