See where the money goes
Overview totals this month's meeting spend and hours. Change the date range in the toolbar to compare another period, and open any meeting to see who attends and what it costs.
Insights shows the longer view: a monthly report of spend, hours and your biggest meetings, how spend moves week to week, and when and how long you meet.
Shorten or decline a meeting
- Open a meeting from the Meetings list.
- Choose Optimize meeting to shorten it or meet less often.
- To skip meetings altogether, tick them in the list and choose Decline.
A decline is sent from your own calendar as a real RSVP. Declined meetings stop counting toward your spend and are counted as savings instead.
Review recurring meetings
Standing meetings are most of the bill, so they are worth checking regularly.
- Meeting health lists every recurring series with its monthly cost.
- Series marked Review due are the ones to look at first.
- Choose Review on a series to keep, change or end it.
Set a budget
Owners and admins can set a monthly budget for meeting spend in Settings → Budgets & alerts, choose thresholds such as Alert me at 80% of budget, and pick how alerts arrive. With Slack connected they can arrive there too — see Connect Slack.
Let automations do the chasing
Automations lists the rules Hourari runs for your workspace — what each is set to do and whether it is on — with an activity log below showing what they actually did. It is visible to owners and admins.
Which of these you have depends on your plan; the in-app Get started guide, under Help, shows the ones available to you.
