Your sign-in address, by default
Hourari's email reports, such as the weekly cost digest, the monthly insights report, the executive briefing, the team scorecard and the alerts you switch on, go to the address you sign in with. You choose which ones you get in Settings → Notifications. This works the same on every plan and for every role.
Send them to a different address
In Settings → Notifications, type the address into Send to and choose Save. Hourari emails that address a link, and nothing else goes there until someone opens the link and chooses Confirm address. Until then, your reports keep going to your current address, and Send to shows "Waiting for confirmation" with the address we sent the link to.
- The link works for 24 hours. If it runs out, choose Send a new link.
- Resend link sends a fresh link and stops the old one working. Only the newest link works.
- Cancel drops the change. Your reports carry on where they were going.
- To go back to your sign-in address, clear Send to and choose Save.
You can ask for a few links an hour, and one address can only be sent a few links in twelve hours. If an address has unsubscribed from Hourari email or its mail bounced, Hourari can't send it a link.
Why the address has to be confirmed
Your reports can include what your meetings cost. Confirming the address proves that whoever reads it agreed to receive them, so a typo, or someone else using your account, can't quietly send your workspace's figures to an inbox nobody checked.
If you set a Send to address before 26 October 2026, it isn't confirmed yet. Your reports go to your sign-in address until you choose Send confirmation link and the link is opened.
Test emails
Send test under the weekly digest or the monthly report always goes to your sign-in address, with sample figures rather than your data. You can send up to five an hour.
