Connect your calendar
- Open Settings → Integrations and choose Outlook.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access.
- The first sync starts on its own within a few minutes, or choose Sync now to start it straight away. It covers everything from the start of last month to the end of next month.
Work, school and personal Microsoft accounts all work. Outlook is included on the Team, Business and Enterprise plans.

Using Outlook and Google together
Connect both if your team uses both. Meetings from each are priced in the same workspace, and the Sync all calendars card syncs both at once.
How syncing works
Your calendar is synced again about every 30 minutes. To pick up a change sooner, choose Sync now in the Outlook panel.
All-day events are not priced. An event with no subject is kept and shown as "Outlook Meeting".
If syncing stops
The Outlook panel shows the connection's health.
- "Calendar access expired. Reconnect to resume syncing." Microsoft has stopped accepting Hourari's access. Choose Reconnect and sign in again.
- "Last sync failed." or a specific error. These are usually temporary problems on Microsoft's side and clear on their own; Hourari keeps retrying.
- "Syncing has stopped, so meetings may be out of date." No sync has completed for a while. Try Sync now; if it keeps happening, contact support.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect in the Outlook panel. Hourari stops syncing and deletes its stored access.
Microsoft does not give apps a way to withdraw their own access, so Hourari still appears in your Microsoft account's list of apps until you remove it there. To withdraw the grant completely, remove Hourari from the apps and permissions page of your Microsoft account.
Connecting a whole organisation
On the Enterprise plan, an IT admin can connect the calendars of everyone in your Hourari workspace at once with Microsoft admin consent, instead of each person connecting their own. Events marked private are kept as a time slot only — no title, description or attendees. Talk to us to set it up.
