How this is worked out
One cleared weekday, every week, for 52 weeks. Reclaimed hours are headcount multiplied by the meeting hours that weekday currently holds, and the value is those hours at an hourly rate derived from the salary you picked on a 2,080-hour year.
It is the value of work redirected, not cash saved — nobody’s payroll goes down because a meeting did not happen. Treat it as the size of the prize for spending that time on something else.
