Focus time vs fragmented time audit
Half-hour gaps between meetings look like free time and are not. Score the shape of your day and see how many hours of deep work actually survive it.
Anything shorter than 30 minutes counts as nothing, and every gap loses 23 minutes getting back into the work.

How this is worked out
An 8-hour day, with your meetings and the gaps between them laid out across it. A stretch shorter than 30 minutes never becomes deep work at all, and every stretch that follows a meeting loses 23 minutes to getting back into the task — the average time researcher Gloria Mark found office workers took to return to interrupted work.
The score is the share of your non-meeting time that survives as usable work, so it measures the shape of the day rather than the meeting load. That is why packing meetings back to back often scores better than spreading the same number out: it leaves one block worth having instead of 4 gaps worth nothing.

Hourari syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook and shows where the fragments actually fall, meeting by meeting, instead of an average day.
